Please note that you'll receive your case separated from the inside hard shell, in order to avoid any damage during the shipping process (the attachment process is simple but if you have any questions please get in touch with us).

We produce locally with multiple print partners in several countries (the USA, the UK, Italy, Australia and South Korea). We also support shipping to 200+ countries and territories worldwide, to cover our clients needs even where we don't have local production.
Why? Local production reduces carbon emissions: as a result of local production in multiple markets and reduced transportation distances you reduce carbon emissions on each order. On-demand production reduces waste and use of resources: all products are digital printed on-demand when you buy them and avoid excess production ending up in landfill.
Each item usually takes us 2-6 business days for us to create and dispatch the item out to your lovely self, and then the standard delivery/shipping times usually are as follows:

Standard free delivery is available to the USA (USPS & DHL), Australia (Australia Post), UK (Royal Mail & Hermes) and EU (PostNL).
Please note that standard free delivery to the UK and Australia is an untracked mail service but you can upgrade to tracked mail at checkout, if you wish. To all other destinations standard delivery includes tracked mail service.
We also provide shipping updates at checkout, like express or tracking shipping in order to fulfil your best needs.

RETURNS POLICY
Items without personalisation can be returned to our store main location (Porto, Portugal) in the original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
