Don’t hesitate with your purchases. In case your order doesn’t meet your expectations, simply get in touch and we’ll refund your items.

Returns Procedure

1) Damaged items due to shipping

If you suspect that your items were damaged while being shipped, please email us at hello@salavisa.com immediately and provide us with a photo of the package and damaged items. We will contact you back right away with information regarding what to do next.

Your email must be sent within 48 hours. Later complaints will not be considered.



2) Lifetime Warranty

We are so confident with the quality of our accessories, that if your product has a manufacturer defect during the time that you own it, we will send you new replacement - like for like.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care your case, sleeve, bag or strap, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.

Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colours fading and abrasions on the products.


3) Unsatisfied with ordered items

Maybe you don't feel satisfied with your product.
Package your items securely (preferably in the original packaging) to avoid damage while being shipped, and send them to the address below.
In the package, please provide your name, order number, and account number where you’d like the refund money sent to you.
We will send your refund within 30 days after receiving the returned items.

4) Receiving the wrong items

Have you received a different item than you ordered? Please send us a photo of the item you received to the email hello@salavisa.com.
We will immediately contact you with information regarding what steps to take next.


5) Missing items in your order

Are there any items missing in your order? Send us a list of the missing items to the email hello@salavisa.com. We will immediately contact you with information regarding the next steps.
If you choose to return the items within 30 days, we will refund you for the cost of the items and the lowest priced shipping cost, if charged.

6) Customized Products

We do not make returns on customized products.

We will also ensure that we provide customers with appropriate remedies, including the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

8) Record-Keeping and Communication

We are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information for our customers to ensure that we can fulfill our obligations in the event of a product safety issue or recall. This will allow us to communicate quickly and effectively if any safety-related issues arise.

9) Liability and Remedies

While we ensure that all products meet safety standards at the time of sale, we are committed to offering prompt and transparent solutions for any safety-related issues. In the case of a safety issue, we will offer our customers one or more of the following remedies:

  • Repair of the affected product.
  • Replacement with a safe product of equivalent type and value.
  • A refund corresponding to the value of the affected product.
