What makes our accessories different than others?

Our accessories offer amazing quality and the print colors and finish are second to none. We also offer free personalization and a Lifetime Warranty on all of our products! How cool is that?


What is your production process?

Each item is specially made-to-order and our packages are produced and shipped from our business partners and manufacturers in the USA, UK, EU and Australia.
As all orders are custom-made, the print times will vary depending on the product and destination.



Why Made to Order?

We want to differentiate from other brands providing customized products, by allowing our customers to replace our brand with their liking without any cost: their name, monogram, other people's name, or simply without any brand at all.
Having a made-to-order business means that we are able to produce our items in multiple locations, control inventory levels and reduce overall waste.
We strongly believe that custom-made products allow our customers a better experience.



How sustainable and friendly is your business?

We, and our global supply chain partners, are committed to constantly improving our processes, practices, and products, from initial development and design through to manufacture and delivery.
We make sustainability an integral part of our R&D design processes, materials selection and production partners selection.
All of our partner materials, finished products and manufacturing processes are audited by and certified as compliant with all applicable statutes, regulations and industry standards by Intertek, one of the most reputable of the leading technical audit firms in the world.


When will my order be delivered?

I'll always do my best to meet shipping estimates but can't guarantee them as Royal Mail and USPS have their own delivery times.
As a rough guide, deliveries take a week worldwide.


How does your Lifetime Warranty work?

We are so confident with the quality of our accessories, that if your product has a manufacturer defect during the time you own it, we will send you a brand new replacement - like for like.
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use it or how well you take care of your case, sleeve, bag, or strap, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.

Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include color fading and abrasions on the products.


Can I be refunded for shipping delays?

Unfortunately, shipping delays are out of our control so we will not be able to offer a refund for any delay to your order, the delivery date stated on the order is merely an estimate based on our average previous order delivery times.
